    My guess is that it's just that you randomly had this thought and started to worry about it, so now, because you're worried about it, every time you see someone you think is good-looking, it reminds you of that worry by association and you start trying to work out whether this one reminds

    Welcome to the forum Adysan.  Yes, those things sound very much like OCD, "what ifs" of all kinds are classic in OCD!

    Are you seeing a doctor about your OCD?  There is often a lot that can be done to help.  Have you ever had cognitivee behaviour therapy (CBT)?
