If you really haven't been making much progress with the current one, then you probably haven't much to lose by switching. Maybe the new one will get on better - it does vary a lot between different therapists, both in how good they are at treating OCD in general, and how well suite

I recognise what you're saying there; it sounds very much like the way I am over certain words. Often words other people wouldn't even perceive as negative, and I can't understand how they don't! But I've never heard of it mentioned anywhere, it's not in
