      My Anxiety and OCD goes into overdrive when washing my hands after using the loo. I have to make sure that my hands don’t touch anything whilst washing them. Even washing them is so stressful, I have to wash them a certain way and even then the intrusive what ifs start “did i do that right, did I miss a spot, did I do the routine right?” Every bathroom trip feels like an ordeal the constant questioning myself its exhausting. I’ve had about 4 different therapists via Talking Changes which kinda helps at the time but when the sessions end I can’t help but revert back and back to square 1. Nothing seems to permanently stick
