Monday Morning Meetings
A mutual support group / drop in for general anxiety, phobias and OCD from 10am to 12:30pm held at 19 Mansfield Road, Ilford.

Attendees are asked to make a small contribution of £2, however nobody is turned away for financial reasons.

A structured recovery group is held every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 9pm held at The Mental Health Day Centre, 497/499 Ley Street, Ilford (Corner of Perth Road).

Attendees are asked to make a small contribution of £3, however nobody is turned away for financial reasons.

Thursday Meetings
Confidence building classes are held every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm held at The Mental Health Day Centre, 497/499 Ley Street, Ilford (Corner of Perth Road).

These classes cost £4 session and are run by an outside trainer.

Other Information
  • Internet chatroom (accessed through website). Drop-in facilitated sessions held Thursdays and Fridays 8 - 10pm
  • All of the groups, face to face and online, are 'drop-in', i.e no appointment necessary.
  • Email support and counselling available, fees negotiable.
  • One to one councelling available; face to face, telephone and Internet fees negotiable.


URGENT HELP REQUIRED

We urgently require volunteers who can moderate the forums on our website.

This would involve regularly checking messages posted and moderating material that is deemed abusive or inappropriate to protect our users. The forums provide a valuable source of information and support to sufferers and carers. If you feel that you would like to help or would like to discuss the role further please contact the OCD Action office.
