There are two Support Groups run in Hillingdon, an OCD group specifically just for sufferers and then a carers group for carers, families and friends of sufferers.

The OCD group meets every the first and third Thursday of every month. For more information, and for details of the exact location of the meetings then please contact Chris.

The Hillingdon / Middlesex Carers Support group meets the last Friday of every month to provide information for sufferers families and their friends, but sufferers are also welcome.

URGENT HELP REQUIRED

We urgently require volunteers who can moderate the forums on our website.

This would involve regularly checking messages posted and moderating material that is deemed abusive or inappropriate to protect our users. The forums provide a valuable source of information and support to sufferers and carers. If you feel that you would like to help or would like to discuss the role further please contact the OCD Action office.
