This group is for people with OCD and carers, families and friends.It is a user-led group.

Notes

The group provides informal but structured meetings where people affected can talk to others in a friendly, non-judgmental way. It does not offer specific therapy or professional guidance, but is an opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and strategies, and to provide mutual support.

Just turn up – there’s no need to book in advance and each meeting is self-contained. The only cost is to cover room hire and refreshments. This will be no more than £2 per person per meeting attended.

Nearest railway station: Oxford, then take bus 5 as below. Nearest bus routes: 1, 5, 10, 12, U5, U10 (alight at Manzil Way – the stop after Tesco coming from City Centre), Car parking: Free, on site.

NOTE: The Oxford OCD Support Group will be on today (6 February 2012) unless you hear otherwise. We will be monitoring the weather, but please assume that the session is still running. Of course, please only attend if you an do so safely!
