We will try and delivery your items within 5 working days (within the UK). But please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery of all orders.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you and offer you a full refund.

Please note that the OCD Action office is only open Tuesdays to Thursdays so orders will not be processed outside of these days.

Orders purchased by Cheque / Postal Order will only be issued once the Cheque / Postal Order has been cleared for payment.

We can not offer any refund on OCD Action membership or donations, however you are not under any obligation to renew your membership at the end of your initial 12 months.

Refunds from purchases made this website will only be given at the discretion of the Charity's administration, and only if you contact us to cancel your order prior to it being shipped out from the OCD Action office.

We will exchange damaged or faulty goods If the goods and packaging are returned in original condition to the OCD Action office within 14 days.
