Group Information:

This is a self-help support group run by experienced volunteers. The group is friendly and non-judgmental and aims to help you explain why you are feeling the way you do and what you can do to help yourself to regain control over your life. Please feel free to just come along to the weekly meetings.

Counsellor-led workshops are also held fortnightly to work through various themes suggested by members.
