Interests I love to read, and hang out with friends (pub!) It would be amazing if I would be able to help someone who is suffering with OCD or CSP, even if its just offering tips I've used to help. I have had no help from any GPs with my OCD but I have found that some of my old obsessions arnt as bad as they used to be. However my compulsive skin picking is just getting worse so if anyone has any advise they can share on how to help I would appreciate it =]
