  • Hello my darling, thanks so much for getting in touch!! I am doing very well. Being writing and enjoying the sunshine!!!. I often takes breaks from forums just to do other things and find a balance!! Debbie always remember things are never as bad as we THINK they are!! Did you know when you practice creativity, fun things, it has a calming affect on the mind? Remember, most anxiety sufferers, have what is known as an internal critic. OCD sufferers have this common amongst other symptoms. But learning to tell the difference between what you think and feel are not the same. Many sufferers describe their OCD, AS A BULLY. Well honey, listen to your HEART, not your mind. I have writing about this in the past few weeks. Your heart will always be more reliable because it relates to how you FEEL. your instincts are more reliable because you know what does not feel right. You internal critic is always JUDGEMENTAL. Pay attention to how your thinking sounds, what it makes you believe and think. does it create more worries, does it make you choose between what you think and what you feel. does it work more than your feelings from your heart. Think about this, if OCD, is a bully, then the thoughts are playing off the feelings from your heart. Just like a real bully in life. Trust in your heart you will find, when you listen to your heart, your thoughts will be loving , kind, non judgemental, caring, compassionate and understanding. These are the emotional skills that all OCD sufferers and anxiety need to learn and pay more attention to. If you concentrate on these loving thoughts, your developing self empathy, self respect, improved self esteem, and definately more self confidence. Remember also honey, OCD takes away these qualites, because it;s all about confusing your thinking. It does work from the heart. Open your heart and see the difference in understanding. Believe in your feelings not your thinking. See the difference in language between your internal critic and your loving heart.

Thank you so much for thinking me. I hope this helps in given you more power and control back in your life. Much love always. Pam xxxxxxxxxx

  • Hi, how are you? I haven’t been on this much lately as I was starting to feel a bit better only I had a bit of a wobbly day today!! Are you any better? xx

  • Hi Subo, was just a quick message to see how you are doing today. Are you feeling any less anxious about the X ray thing? Pam’s advice is fantastic isn’t it? xx

  • Your very welcome!!!! try not to worry too much!! health anxiety can be very upsetting. Sometimes the more we look for answers the more we see another possible illness to worry about. Its always a good idea to seperate your fears by researching something more positive and uplifting instead. We always need a balance. I often tell my callers, to visulize a weighing scale. the left is worrys, the right is creative. which one ways the most? we can pill on the worrys until its too heavy mentally to bear. we hold onto those worries as if our life depended on it. by letting go one worry, the scale begins to balance. That balance on the right is being replaced with healthier options of thoughts. it will keep rising until both the scales are equal. Try and it see how you feel. Pam xxxxxxx
