When trying to cope with ocd we need to be aware of an inner strength. A strength that is of our inner self, or of an outside unfluence such as God as we perceive Him to be? One man I admire is the late Michael Jackson. He faced FALSE accusations of inappropriate behaviour towards children. These accusations were lies, a greed for money to try and ’milk’ MJ
He was found not guilty of course! That dear man contributed SO much not just as a great entertainer, singer, and dancer, but he gave his money and time to helping disadvantaged people all over the globe. RIP MJ you had something insid so strong

To the tune of Diana Ross’ Upside Down song! This just came to me and I’d like to make a you tube video using this song about ocd, changing the words……. Ready?
Upside down, more you turn me, inside out, and round and round, ’'I said upside down you turn me, your trying to get me to do the things you want, round and round you turn me, instinctively I say to you I’m aware that your bullying, and no one makes me feel like you do, instinctively I say to you I say to you I wont be hassled by your bullying, cos I am far stronger than you’’ ……….tbc…… -

Today is my youngest child’s birthday. She turns 21yrs old. Her older brother, my eldest is the one with ocd. My daughter is loving mature, understanding and caring. I am immensly proud of her. Throought her childhood she has always had to share my attention and care, more so than just being a younger sister to her brother.
My son has consumed so much of my time, and continues to do so. As a mum my time and energy is divided. I have to give more time and energy to my son.
Instead of my daughter feeling left out, she accepts the fact that she has a brother with ocd and autistic spectrum disorder. He’ll never be that protective older brother, – it is SHE who protects him, along with me of course, but from a distance as she doesnt live with us.
Happy 21st Birthday to my dear daughter. A strong young lady older than her yrs,
I love you so so very much.
