Hey thanks for adding me as a friend!!! What type of ocd do you have. it’s a good feeling isn’t to accept you have it, thats the first step, so WELL DONE!!. Remember what ever way works for you, is just fine. Acceptance is a wonderful thing, to be you and find ways that work with you to cope with ocd. I believe we can all overcome this thing especially if we find friends who understand!!! Love Pam
