Meditation and Relaxation

Take part in a free research using a meditation or Relaxation technique


  • Do you find yourself constantly checking to make sure you have turned things off, locked the door or even put things back in their right place?
  • Do you worry about your thoughts and what might happen to you, your friends and family because of your thoughts?
  • Do these trigger routines that may interfere with your daily life/routine?

Would you like to take part in a free research using a meditation technique and relaxation technique to see whether you can reduce the impact of your intrusive thought(s)?

Are you male or female, 18 years or over?
