Trusts

OCD Action is a strong and viable organisation with the financial stability to ensure that it is able to make the best use of a core or project grant from a Charitable Trusts. Our Trustees team of healthcare professionals, service users, carers and charity professionals are fully engaged with the work of the charity, unified in their vision and committed to our three-year strategy.  Whilst the charity currently only has three full-time members of staff, our extensive network of dedicated and trained volunteers enables us to deliver highly effective services on time and within budget.

The charity receives no government funding and relies on the support of charitable trusts for around 60% of its income. In the last year, support has been received from charitable trusts of all sizes inclulding:

  • The Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales
  • Comic Relief
  • The Tudor Trust
  • The Garfield Weston Foundation
  • The John Ellerman Foundation
  • The Sobell Foundation

Whether support is for core work or restricted to a specific project, OCD Action is a responsible recipiant of grant income and we are always keen to work with new Charitable Trusts to meet mutual aims.
