  1. Shoot me? Seriously, though, I felt the best I had in a really long time the other day and I so badly want that feeling back. I just keep letting everything get to me. It's wearing me down. Has anyone felt like they will never be the person they were before their OCD?

  2. I don't ever recall not having OCD, so can't answer that. However, the fact you have had a good day recently is certainly a positive sign. Do you have any idea what helped back then?

  3. Just as BT, I cannot think of an 'OCD-free period'. Not that it always manifested itself in the same guise, but from age 11 onwards approximately there've been signs and forms of the disorder. A truly (care)free time I cannot recall.

BT asked the right question, by the way. If you, Sydney, can somehow retrieve some circumstance that was helpful, and that you can control in any way, that would be a real step forward.

    Best, Cuthbert.

  4. Me too... If I look back in my life, it has never been plain sailing... I want to be OCD free, but I do occasionally have good days, but not very often. Hopefully my CBT will have a good effect... I sure hope so anyway...
