The first one, I'm more likely to get OCD thoughts I guess but I can't be ***** doing them but then I HAVE to so a bit of yes and no really.
For number two (tee hee hee, that sounds like poo! ) I have experienced incidents when Iforrget whether or not I did a compulsion, but not neciserrily when I'm tired. - Jess

Sleep is one of the most important factors in mood control, if you aren't getting enough sleep any kind of anxiety/depression/OCD will be exacerbated so try to make sure you get a good night's sleep. Also what can help is keeping your blood sugar stable - so eat a handle full of nuts/a banana just before you go to bed and almost immediately when you get up.
I don't have compulsions with my OCD so I can't comment on the second.
    Good luck x

  6. hi,
when i'm tired i get more ocd thoughts and they bother me more, so can lead to more compulsions. if i'm extremly tired the thoughts can seem overwhelmingly real and i can become convinced that all my fears are imminently about to come true. i don't think tiredness makes you more likely to do something that you wouldn't normally do though. although i find ocd exhausting.
    best wishes
