Related OCD Spectrum DisordersHi Everyone
I've suffered from OCD and CSP for over 20 years, and while I have had help for the OCD, I have yet to have any treatment with the CSP. I attended the OCD Action webinar on the topic last year, so I know that there are appropriate therapies out there, but I don't know which therapists are qualified in them. Can anyone recommend someone - NHS or private - in the Cambridge, East Anglia or London area?

Welcome to the forum 
You need to go to your GP and ask them to refer you to someone that specialises in CSP. Usually when you are referred you then have an assessment and they then choose the most appropriate therapist and treatment for you. If they don't have anyone local then you are entitled to ask to be referred to somewhere that does treat CSP.
