  1. Hello all,

Every time I've posted on here I've moaned or been in need. About time I created something a little more positive! Music gives us such comfort. It's amazing how a pair of headphones can take us into a far better world than the one that the OCD is trying to ruin. What songs uplift and inspire you in your times of trouble? Not just your favorite (I don't think many Smiths records for example are too helpful for OCD!) but the most uplifiting and calming!

I'll set the ball rolling with a song and an album.

    Lou Reed- Perfect Day

    David Bowie - Hunky Dory.

Please let fly your musical loves and let's create a playlist, some tunes to listen to over Christmas other than the usual songs we all know and love/hate. It could create a good escape for those of us who are finding Christmas a little too much.

  2. Erik Satie- Gymnopedie 1, 2 and 3 So peaceful, I love it.

Slog, you might want to have a look at this thread below, it's one I used to use a lot, has some of our favourites in there too.
