  1. In our house we have a "Happy Wall". It is really just a big pinboard, and the family rule is that anyone can post anything there that they feel like as long as it doesn't upset any other member of the family.

Things get put up there if they are inspirational, remind us of fun times, are pretty to look at, make us smile, make us proud. So concert tickets for Madness are there (they were the kids first gig), photos of local wildlife (our squirrel, ducks in our garden), a drinks stirrer from a hotel we liked, a balloon from a restaurant we liked. Photos of friends, family. Postcards from the gnome who went walkabout, copies of paintings we like. That sort of thing.

So I wondered if we could have one here.

    Same rules.

Post anything you like that you find inspirational, makes you happy, makes you smile. Don't post anything that is likely to upset anyone else. And because it is a virtual "happy wall" there is no size restriction.

And the little fluffy newly hatched chick we bought yesterday in our local farm suppliers for a £3 charity donation snuggling into my palm on the way home and today seeing her? learning that she has brothers and sisters and that a big fluffy mummy is so much better than a heat lamp.
