Hi Twitchy,
it's brilliant that you have already benefited from joining this forum. It's been a wonderful discovery for many of us!
I think it's great that you're already offering to help other people. That speaks volumes about you. OCD sufferers very often become convinced that they're bad, or not normal, or not as good as other people. The irony is, that they often spend huge parts of their lives worrying about other people!
The very fact that you are offering to help others tells me that you are good people.
You have probably already seen how helpful some of the other people on here are. Members like Tess, Truddles, Slogsweep, Wannabefree, BT, Aishah, and many others, are on here regularly, offering help and advice to other OCD sufferers. All of their help and advice -- and now yours -- will make such a huge, positive difference to lots of people who have come to this forum because they are suffering and in pain, because of their illness -- OCD.
I'm glad that you've joined their ranks.
One of the most important things that you and others can do on here is to help to educate people about OCD, and to learn and then educate other sufferers about the treatments that are available and have been proven to help the lives of OCD sufferers all around the world.
Remember my new catchphrase: "CBT is not just for Christmas -- it's for life!"
