    hello does anyone here go to the support group in portsmouth or south hampshire? im wondering whether i would benefit from joining one and i wanted to speak to people who attend. thanks

    I run both those groups and have OCD myself too. However I will wait and see if anyone else replies first so you can get their honest opinions!
