Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Hi Trudy, Hi slog... Thank you... A note to think about, for us contamination OCD sufferers... I went to carol service this evening, and got reminded of the fact that when the great man was born, there were no sterile wards, no sterile wipes, not even a sterile bed... Just a stable, with animals looking on... I wonder what their trip or fall solicitors did in those days?
They didn't need them then, so why on earth do we need them now?! 
Today not too bad, had to get changed to go out, but I had been wearing the same jeans since Tuesday!
