Situation improving

  1. Thanks to those who responded to my last post. I'm happy to say that the our situation has improved since then. My hubby went to see his GP just over a month ago, and has accepted some medication (SSRIs) and also joined the 'stuck in a doorway' forum. He still gets caught out by his ocd, and say's its worse when he does, but its much less often and his mood is much better generally. Needless to say its improved my situation hugely. I think when he realised I was posting here, calling the helpline, and getting some support for myself, that it helped us start towards progress. Its still there, but its better than it was
