  4. Depends what it's about - whether it's CBT or meditation or one of the many greatest-thing-since-sliced-bread methods. I know some people with OCD find CBT-based self-help books very useful, so why not a CD?

    Still moping around. Get your therapist to show you some relaxation techniques. I never practise them anymore, but when they work, they can help to relax

  9. Has anyone used a self help CD and found it useful? If so which one and why did you find it useful? It might help others who are contemplating using a CD.
