    Hi,
    Does anyone take risperidon as an additional SSR. I have just been put on it in conjunction firstly 0.5mg for a week and then 1mg and see how I get on. It is an anti psychotic but apperently it can be used in a much smaller dose for ocd.
    Just an additional I have been offered weight lose tablets to combate my weight gain that I have had from tablets. althiough this is not going to happen until I come out of the maudsley

    Hi Teresa, i have been taking risperidone 2mg tablets for about 2years, it is an anti psycotic drug as you say.
    Teresa are you going into the Maudsley or the Bethlam ?
    Do you remember that i went into the Bethlam for 12 weeks in 2008 ?
