Welcome to the forum.
I'm sorry to hear of the situation that you now find yourself in.
You didn't say as to whether you've been diagnosed by a professional or not. Self diagnosis is frequently wrong, so I would suggest that you speak to your GP not only for a diagnosis but also to access treatment.
If you go to the website for the Royal College of Psychiatrists at http://www.rcpsych.ac.uk and then click on Mental Health Information and then on Personality Disorders it will give you some basic information on OCPD.
