Hi there, this is the first i heard of OCD week

when is it and what happens on the day [i mean like is there a massive meeting per town where everyone with OCD goes there?

Hi Rawr
It will be 7th - 13th Feb next year. OCD Action will be arranging conferences and webinars which you will be able to participate in if you want to and across the country volunteers will be organising their own publicity events. Hopefully 2011 will be even bigger and better than 2010. If you would like an OCD event in the town where you live you could think about volunteering to organise one yourself. I did this last year and OCD Action provided me with all the publicity material I needed, all free of charge, and we had an amazing event. In fact I have now been asked to take an OCD stall to a local event in October for Mental Health week, and again OCD Action are going to send me all the publicity material I will need. If you live in a large town with an active OCD support group you may find someone has already got an event in mind for OCD week, if not you have the opportunity to organise one yourself. All I had to do was book the venue and advertise it.
