Sounds interesting - has anyone on here tried it?
very interesting Caps. I think I will give it a try. Hoemopathy always worked on me better than meds so why not a supplement. If it works I will be able to come off my citalopram which will be better for my concentration.
N-acetylcysteine has been mentioned on here before, mainly by Tricia, in connection with OCD rather than trichotillomania. There was a big study of its effectiveness done at Yale University. It did help many people noticeably, if I remember rightly, although it wasn't a miracle cure. I can't remember the details, but the thread's still in the OCD section somewhere.
