Hi everyone

I'm new to the site and have recently been diagnosed with OCD. I'm really glad I found Ocdaction and feel not so alone with the OCD.

hallo flowers.i have ocd for 5years,but pretty new to post this site.we are all in same packeges,let,s find way manage to live with ocd.

Hi Max, I second that thought... Welcome to forums... We will get better, we have to believe in ourselves that this can happen... I just wish I could sometimes, but other times I do start to believe in myself a little more...
