  1. Hi,
I am coping ok recently until I found out my twin sister has anorexia and has depression and self hate as well. She is currently at uni and I feel so helpless and it is really making my OCD symtoms worse, also feeling down as I am still on the waiting list for CBT! I also found out that two of our bestfriends knew more about the the problems my sister was having than I did! My mum is really upset as my twin is blaming her for everything! I really just wanted to get this out, and feel a bit better already! Thanks for listening

  2. Hi Jess, I also have a sibling that suffers from depression and am a former anorexic myself, he often blames my mom out of frustration and I have to be peace-keeper.

Being as you have OCD you're more alert than most, meaning I have no doubt that you can rescue and help your mother and twin,

I'm a student and I've found my uni to be superb at dealing with my mental health issues. If you can convince your sister to see her uni's mental health team it could change her life as it did mine,

Good luck and message me anytime if you're upset,

    Slog

  3. Thanks! She is getting help through the uni, but is pushing all her family away! It's so hard for me cause im her twin and we were so close, so it's hard to see other friends closer to her than I am! I just hope she can get through this! Xx
