Need more support for people at school with O.C.D.

  1. I am thirteen and at school i get teased a lot about my ocd cause i have rituals and things like that, so i think they ought to raise awarrness about it at school.

    I'm sorry that they tease you at school, that is so wrong, it must be so tough for you having OCD and being so young too.

    I agree that there should be more awareness too as I am sure that you are not alone in this. Is there a school nurse that you can talk to or a nice teacher to help suport you whilst at school?

    I am wondering if there is any publicity that you could get from the forum that you could take to school to help raise awareness.

  4. hey all, thanks for the advice, I have spoken with the school nurse, and she is going to get me an appointment for a center somewhere, so thats all good, thanks bridget, and thanks Trudy, I will look at the link!
