Can you be made to take meds?
You can't be forced right.

No, you can't. At least in Holland, you can't. I think that only if you are a clear threat to the health of others, or yourself, you can be sedated for a while. But as for antidepressants or tranquillizers, it's always only voluntary.
I think it is the right to govern your own body; it's not to be violated by others.
Thanks, I wasn't totally sure about it.
In Britain, as far as I am aware, you can only be forced to take medication if you are sectioned.
You're right Tricia, in England you can only be made to take medication without your consent if you are detained under the Mental Health Act.
Well my OCD saves me a little bit from hospital
You can't be sectioned (in England) unless you pose a danger to yourself or others. I know that phrase by heart! If you aren't sectioned, you can't be forced to go into hospital, take medicine or have any other kind of treatment unless you want to. Them's the rules.

I guess I wasn't listening properly or they were trying to confuse me.
Well I'll know in just over a week anyway.
