  1. At the London Conference in February this year Professor Paul Salkovskis gave a an interesting and thought provoking presentation entitled 'Making CBT work'.

For anyone that is either thinking of, just about to start or even in the middle of CBT this presentation is a most useful tool as it shows you how to make the most of your sessions.

It can now be accessed by clicking on the orange box entitled 'It's time to know' on the right hand side of this page then click on 'Making CBT work'

I wish that I had had this to refer to the first time that I had CBT.

Thanks so much for telling us about this, Trudy, it's been such a long wait that most of us had given up hope of it ever appearing! Thank you also for your perseverance. It's a very interesting presentation and will be useful to so many forum users.
