  1. Haya all!! Have just joined. It is so nice to know others with the same issues. Am trying so desperatly to beat it but am struggling with my intrusive thoughts. So tired of fighting. If any one wants to chat or comment it will be lovely to get to now people xxx

    Yes i know exactly how you feel.........

    I pretty new here myself but have found it therapeutic reading and posting on forum as it has helped me realise it is OCD that is the problem.

  3. Aw haya. Thanks for ur reply. I think it hard coz even thou you know that it still makes you so stressed and changes you as a person. How long have u ad it? Myns been 3 years

  4. this particular one errrmmm bout 10yrs so it good if you control it early. Yer i try the normal to get on and ignore it but i cant. Even know how stupid the thought, just feel guilt then the thought gets even more messed up. headache lol

  5. Dats exactly the same wiv myn. I try to go out wiv mates and things but it just always on ur mind no matter how weird and then ur mynd starts doubting itself and false memories happen
