I've got a new job. Do I declare?

  1. I was diagnosed with mild(ish) OCD three years ago, during a particularly stressful period of my life. I had two CBT 'assessment' sessions, but then the system changed and I wasn't offered any counselling until a year later by which time, my OCD was significantly better (I no longer perform any compulsions) and I felt that I didn't need, or want, any counselling anymore.

    Anyway, I got the health questionnaire from the company this morning, and it asks the usual 'Mental Health' question. Do I declare it, and risk having the job offer removed, or do I tick 'no', as it is now resolved?
