hi everyone, I am in a state of high anxiety now as soon as I wake up at the crack of dawn. I intensely worry about getting very ill or my husband getting ill and me not being able to cope.My husband suffers many phobias and has anxiety on and off and depression also. When i am like this I can only remember bad and scary things that have happened to me in the past. It is really getting me down and it takes ages to calm down again. Does anyone have any tips?
