Ideas for raising awareness of OCD via Facebook?

  1. I don't know what anyone else'll think on this idea, but seeing as OCD week's all about raising awareness of the condition, i think a facebook campaign would be quite effective, if we could get enough people to do it. I was thinking perhaps encouraging people to change their profile picture to that of a celebrity known to have OCD? such as Howard Hughes, Einstein, Michaelangelo, Darwin, Leonardo Dicaprio... the list goes on really. I'm not sure what anyones thoughts on it are, or alternative ideas?

  2. I know you can create pages on facebook, and we could centre the campaign around that, for example everyone like it and tell all your friends?? I think this is a great idea and it should definitely be pursued.

  4. If you click on the "f" for Facebook symbol near the top right hand side of the page it will take you directly to the OCD Action Facebook page.
