I've been bad today too. We went out too eat and I started well, I chose a roasted vegetable flatbread with hummus (fatty, but it's mono- and poly-unsaturated fat which is meant to be good) but I had chips with it which apparently added an extra 300 calories. Then I had dessert which was a belgian waffle with icecream and chocolate sauce, which came to 800 calories! So added to my breakfast, which was just cereal and fruit, I've already eaten over 2000 calories and I've not had dinner yet. It makes me not want to eat any dinner. But I will if I ever feel hungry later, I'll have some fruit and fat free yoghurt. And then start again tomorrow.

  2. Sounds very yummy Helz, there's just too much temptation out there. Forgot to mention I had pigged out on carrot cake and a Lidl's whisky chocolate barrel before we went shopping and now I've got to go and prepare dinner. As you say, tomorrow is another day and we're going to get some sunshine for part of the weekend which will help.

  5. Me too, my hernia is playing up something awful today but do you think it stopped me eating a starbar and a big dinner!
