  2. Dear swan

You are entitled to your hospital treatment. I was lucky, my employers and boss were amazingly supportive when I was off for nine months. If she asks you to postpone, then just say sorry, you've waited so long for this, you need the treatment and you can't postpone. In the long run she's going to get a more effective employee back.

    Best wishes and good luck

    David

  4. Hi Teresa
Pleased to hear you've got a date at last. I agree with David, don't even think about postponing, it gives your boss 4 week's notice which is very reasonable, had it been a hospital admission for surgery it would probably be a lot less notice. You've been waiting ages for a date, it would be very unfair to expect you to postpone.

  5. Hi,
Yes Brennie am going to the royal Betlem in Kent. Thanks to everyone else for your support. My boss up to now has been supportive just at the end of June I have some specific work to do. I know I can have it ready for someone else to present.
    Thanks again
