  2. Dear nettlnoo

My hair is doing it's own thing and falling out on it's own, so I don't have the luxury of doing a Brittany.

What I do know is that sometimes it all gets so much, that I used to look for something physical I could do to express the frustration I felt. I found myself talking out loud, and shouting at myself. I would kick the odd thing, slam a door, whatever. Somehow the emotion had to come out and inanimate objects took a bit of a beating.

Not sure if that is the same thing. But I think it is possibly healthy,

(if you still have the hair, feel free to send it to me and I can glue it on).

  4. Alice band might hold the short bits down if they're in the right place. Hope you feel better soon and that it relieved your feelings a bit!

  6. Hi Nettlenoo i wont even try to understand how bad u must have been feeling to cut your hair off. All i can say is that i am sure that myself and the group are here to support you. Are you on any medication? You said you had not heard back from your doctor was he/she going to arrange something for you. I know a lot of these appointments can unfortunately take time to come through in some areas. That is the worst thing sometimes for me with all of this the waiting time for appointments is absurd.

I know i am not probably being much help here but i hope it somehow helps you to know that i am thinking of you and i hope things improve for you.
