  1. Hello everyone, its a year since i posted.

I have got to a point where my rituals are mental and involve feelings ie who do i care about and what do I really want and it seems the thought i am trying to acheive is near on impossible due to my fundamental issues. The thoughts and the whole thing is very confusing and this i admit wont make sense unless you have had the same or similar thoughts. If you could reply to this if you understand how feelings get mixed up with ocd or anything i have said

    thanks

Can you explain more about these feelings? I possibly can't help, I don't think it's something I have experienced, but I have friends who have.

P.S. I've just thought of something that happened years ago, so I might have more understanding than I thought. Please write again, someone will be able to offer help.

  5. Hi Speedy
I know it is a long time since you posted this but I just came across it and read it and I can relate to it.
I have been through several years of counselling and I'm pretty sure I have OCD, amongst other things, although my counsellors have been quite vague. But I can identify with what you are saying about feelings. I feel like a lot (but not all) of my doubts and thoughts are about relationships and feelings, who I like, who I fancy, am I actually capable of loving anyone? There's lots more I could say, but that is it for now. I just wish I knew for definite what was wrong with me so that I could explain it more to my friends and family, and move forward myself in relationships.
