I have just spotted and read a fantastic information pack on the OCD Action "Resources" page. (I'm not sure how I could have missed it before, so maybe it's quite new. Or maybe I just didn't notice it!)

I think this information pack is just brilliant. I have disclosed my OCD to my employers already, so I'm going to print off some copies of this information pack, and give them to my managers at work. (I will ask them to place a copy in my employee file, for any future managers that might be assigned to my department in the future.)
I love this document. It points out the advantages of helping employees with OCD, and spells out the employers' responsibilities when dealing with or hiring any disabled employees, specifically OCD sufferers.
This link might be of interest to some other forum users. (Especially if you are considering disclosing your OCD at work, or have already done so, or if you are debating whether or not to tell your line managers.)
