The skip's empty again as last night someone came and took all the cleaning materials that Bridget and Tess dumped in it They also took the lights that were on it

Bridget - probably best if I don't borrow your hand held rotating duster just in case I get over enthusiastic and accidentally injure someone with it But thanks for thinking of me

Yes, I watched them go, they had a light bulb and all Nimrod's bright ideas and they were debating why the light bulb wouldn't change.

I'd like to dump the OCD problems that I have surrounding doing the laundry and while I'm here I've brought my bedtime rituals to dump.

BTW I've pinched the large window box that someone dumped in the skip, it will look great with some plants in it

I've just had to get a new skip as people keep dumping rubbish in it

Now the skip is empty again has anyone got any more OCD problems to dump in it

I would like to dump all my intrusive thoughts, rituals, guilt, shame and everything else associated with OCD in the skip. I might as well chuck myself in there

Don't jump in the skip especially not given what Angelpie has dumped in it
Also if you jump in you'll be back with your OCD that you dumped in it Leave the OCD in the skip and walk away and try to enjoy your day

How about putting the skip on my hill here - http://www.ocdaction.org.uk/forums/topic/my-hill/page/13#post-64180 - people can dump all their OCD in it there as it will be in a secure place.

Sorry Nimrod, I forgot that I locked you in with the skip Still the men that came with the new skip let you out and even gave you one of their sandwiches and a drink.

Once again we've got an empty skip waiting to be filled with our OCD. I've got one with a lid this time so the troublesome OCD can't escape

So feel free to dump your OCD in my skip. Let's see how quickly we can fill this one.

Achievements

Today I went to the plant nursery and had a good rummage looking for plants for my containers and didn't feel the need to clean my hands until I got into the car. I've even topped up the pots with new compost and planted everything and then swept up.

Thursday (10th May) I handed in my last assignment of a 3 year degree course, meaning I've completed a degree despite being affected badly by OCD for two-thirds of my time there. For the first time in months I feel as if I have achieved something :).
