Never mind the clocks - even the weather's noticed it's spring!
For the disability questions in the census, I'm going to err on the dramatic side. The more alarming the figures, the less excuse there'll be for declaring that we all just need to pull ourselves together. Mind you, this so-called government don't seem to need excuses.
