OCD Action

Some of you might remember that a while ago I was collecting data for a little research project of my own. I was supposed to have stopped collecting data and sent it all off to be analysed, but it hasn't worked out that way. The person who was going to do the statistical analysis for me disappeared, and I'm now looking round for somebody else who can do it (haven't got the computer software myself). So I thought while I was waiting I'd see if I could scrape together any more data. Would anyone else like to chip in and help?

To recap:
It's an experimental study to see whether there are any astrological signs of OCD.
I would like as many of you as possible to let me know, either on here or by private message:
1) Your date of birth, including year.
2) Time and place of birth if possible.
3) Brief note of anything unusual about your OCD. For example, no anxiety, or no physical compulsions. If your OCD is hoarding only, it would be useful to mention this too, as there has been some suggestion that this may be a different condition.

When enough dates have been collected, my idea is to have them analysed by computer and see if any astrological features occur more often than would
be expected by chance. I don't intend to examine any horoscopes individually, and will not record who the birth dates, etc. belong to, so it is more or less anonymous.
Please note I have asked this on another forum and three newsgroups as well, so please don't reply more than once.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Another collaborator has vanished, so while I'm looking for someone else (or statistical software of my own) I'd just like to ask again for any further contributions. The sample I have so far is very small, so any more would be very much appreciated. Remember, you don't have to believe in astrology - in fact, if you don't this is the perfect opportunity to help me prove myself wrong! I'll post the results just the same, whatever they are!

Thank you very much! I haven't been getting many replies elsewhere, so I'm especially glad of these.
Think I might have found somewhere I could get a program to analyse the data myself. That way I'd have more chance of getting finished!
Anyone else?

OK Wombat. I have lost my birth chart. It was quite surprising my mum had it done as there was not much interest in the 1950s. But someone who came in my dad's shop asked if he could do one for one of his children and mum picked me.
I did have a reading done on it about thirty years ago by someone who did not know me and some of the things she wrote about me were uncannily correct. She said my parents must have been worried about me because I thought deeply about things. There are a couple of other strange things too.

I am a double Aries (year of the rat as well as an Aries).

Caps asked me to remind people that you can send your data to me by private message if you prefer - there's no need to put it on the forum if you're worried. Although the complete set of anonymous dates may find its way to other astrologers, I will not divulge who any of the people are.

Nicola - it's going very well, thanks for asking. I've now got about 40 charts all told, and I think I've found somewhere I can get a program to analyse it all with.

Haven't time to look at the rest of the forum just now, but should be on again tomorrow evening.
