Hi. I have never been told I have an eating disorder, but I have OCD and don't know if it all ties together. I don't like eating much and sometimes I eat loads of the wrong stuff, and feel really bad after. I feel overweight and wish I could just stay at a thin weight. All I think about each day is what I am going to eat that day and if I go off my plan I feel really useless. I have to plan what I am eating days in advance. Dose anyone out there feel the same.
