Everything disappeared from outside of the bus I was on - it just went black outside the window. No, I'm not going mad (at least no madder) I was having a bad hypo and I was actually on the tube at the time but was really confused, I honestly thought I was on the bus

My Grandfather once went to a company function and came home slightly the worse for wear as he didn't usually drink. He insisted that he was with his new friend 'Harvey' much to the embarrassment of all concerned, as he kept talking to him and wouldn't let people sit on the seat or they'd squash Harvey. My Nana wasn't amused

I've revived this thread because today I travelled on a bus that actually had air conditioning
Usually they don't and in this heat they're unbearable without air conditioning especially as these days they have so few windows that open 
It was a welcome surprise

A cat who always comes into our garden came in today and jumped on top of our huge garden umbrella and it span round and round! The cat looked petrified and then of course in the usual cat manner when it jumped off it looked around as if to say "Uh yeh of course i meant for that to happen!"
