  1. For months I keep experiencing this feeling where I'm not in my body.....that I'm just here but I'm not mentally here. I thought it was awful depression but it just doesn't seem like depression. I also feel as though I'm someone else?? I know this sounds very odd maybe even considered mad but it has been torturing me because it seems to worsen things with my hocd. Has anyone experienced depersonalization?

  2. It was only yesterday that swan started a thread on depersonalisation Depersonalisation Perhaps it would be sensible for all replies to be on the one thread? That way the responses won't be divided between the two threads so giving a more informative discussion.

  3. Oh I'm sorry Truddles. I guess I didn't notice swan had made one, I was so flustered and didn't pay attention. But thank you for advising me.

  4. It wasn't meant as a criticism just thought you'd get more replies if there was only one thread.
How are you feeling today are you any better?
