  1. Hi Everyone,

    I have recently started another round of CBT at CADAT and I feel more positive than I have in a long while. I am working on understanding intrusive thoughts and not responding to them and reducing my usual response which is cleaning excessively and ordering.

    I have a long way to go to get back on track but am positive that I will get there and also my depression has finally lifted so it makes it a bit easier.

    That's brilliant news. I hope it continues. I found with my recovery that all days were not necessarily upwards, but the general trend was. So ignore any bad days and keep ignoring the intrusive thoughts!
