  2. Eating disorders can be triggered by a number of things - mostly by things that are out of our control/or at least things we think are out of our control, but may be controllable by making certain changes in our lives.
What aspects of your life, dont you like at the moment ? Are you happy at home and at school?

  3. I'm scared to be in my own home and have recently started to struggle in certain lessons but apart from that me and my boyfriend are really great at the minute and me and my friends (the few I have!) are doing ok as well why do you ask???

  4. I am so glad that you have a good relationship with your boyfriend and friends (and remember its quality not quantity that matters when it comes to friends!)
The reason I ask how things are going at home and school, is because we are directly influenced by things that go on in our personal and professional lives. Hence if one or the other is causing us grief, and this continues for some time, we may develop mental health problems - of which eating disorders can be one of them.
Why are you scared to be in your own home?
